The Inmarsat IsatHub Service

 The new Inmarsat IsatHub service along with its release of the AddValue Wideye iSavi portable WiFi hotspot device has been an excitement in the changing technology of global satellite communication over the last month or two. 

However the IsatHub airtime rates have been a mystery up until now, which even at this point with some companies releasing rate plans is actually still not completely factual, but what is known is refreshing to know that the IsatHub Airtime services will be sort of a completely different section of the Inmarsat satellite system giving their new IsatHub devices such as the AddValue Wideye iSavi WiFi Hotpot 3G speeds of around 384 kbps, which is a great middle ground for many different types of demographics out there that have been waiting for something like this at these prices for years.

The prices have not yet been released on our NorthernAxcess website yet due to the possible last minute fine print adjustments in Inmarsats IsatHub Airtime pricing, and plans, but we will release a temporary IsatHub Airtime price point chart this week.

• Isathub Shared Axcess SIM - $19.99 per month (additional IsatHub terminals can pull from same plan )

*There is a one time $50 activation fee for all accounts

*First month is prorated if between billing period, but next billing cycle will be paying a month ahead. So your always 1  month ahead

*Designed for use with Apple (iPhone / iPad) and Android operating systems using apps.

*The IsatHub Phone Application assigns your smartphone a satellite phone number that can be used for receiving calls.

*Those calling your cell number will NOT be able to reach you (when out of cellular coverage).

*Phone rates are to any standard landline (PSTN) or cell phone worldwide. Incoming calls are free.

*Incoming calls are free only by directly made calls to terminal, however the calling parties are charged by their  phone provider at international telephone rates.

*Voice call minimum duration is 30 second, and then billed in 20 second increments thereafter. 

*Internet data transferred minimum billed increment is 0.1 Megabyte (124 kilobytes).

*Accounts may auto-suspend if usage goes over available refundable deposit, or if bill is not paid within 5 days of invoice
