There is a first-time $35.00 activation fee for new FleetBroadband postpaid accounts.

All  high usage plans have an Allowance of 1 or 2 Sim Cards in same vessel.

Inmarsat FleetBroadband service have the options below to add to your plan.

• Static IP: $50.00 per month (billed 12 months in advance).
• Dynamic IP: $40.00 per month (billed 12 months in advance).

Voice Plans

 

Voice packages include voice to fixed and voice to cellular calls only. For all other call rates please refer to the plan. Minimum contract duration for a voice package is the same as the data plan it is activated on. 

The voice plans are available in SCAP form. If applied to a SCAP, the voice package minutes can be used across the SCAP.

FleetBroadband Streaming IP Rates

The FleetBroadband Streaming rates are for selectable Quality of Service Internet Protocol (IP) Streaming. When selected these services deliver priority IP routing to the edge of the Inmarsat core network. Internet applications such as Live Video, large secure file transfers and other data applications that require quick, and ready bandwidth.

Terms and Conditions

• The FleetBroadband High Usage airtime service may be used worldwide over the global Inmarsat-4 satellite network.
• All monthly plans require a one-time $35.00 activation fee. The monthly fee and usage will be billed monthly.
• The Allowance in the Allowance Plans is Data (IP) only. All other services are charged in addition. Once all of the data allowance has been used, Out of Allowance rates apply.
• Subscriber must notify in writing 30 days in advance to cancel service. Notification can be send via email, fax, or mail.
• All Monthly Airtime Rate Plans are subject to monthly System Access Fees and Taxes.
• There is no rollover of unused voice and data for the allowance plans.
• The Allowance Plans can support up to 2 SIMs as long as they are both activated on the same vessel.
• For the 1GB Allowance Plans only - Where the number of vessels activated on the same Allowance Plan is 5 or higher for one fleet, the allowance for the vessels can be shared across the entire fleet. Please note the slightly higher per SIM monthly SCAP subscription.
• If in a given month the number of vessels activated on the same large allowance plan falls below 5 vessels then the pooling of traffic will stop.
• A 24 months’ minimum contract duration is required to activate the 20GB and 40GB plans.  A 3 months’ minimum contract duration is required to activate the 4GB and 8GB plans.              
• The provisioning of the Dual SIM plans and SCAPs requires lnmarsat to issue an activation ID for each vessel. A minimum of 3 business days lead time should be allowed to ensure no delays.
• Customer authorize NorthernAxcess to charge the credit card specified in the Inmarsat FleetBroadband Monthly Airtime agreement for monthly subscriptions costs, calls, SMS, Data & overages. By buying this product customer also agree to NorthernAxcess Terms and Conditions.
